The cottages are maintained and managed to a high standard by the owners and have been tastefully furnished with pine fittings, comfortable suites, digital colour TV sets, PVR’s and DVD’s, and fitted carpets (except kitchens and bathrooms). They have the benefit of double glazing and air ventilation systems, and heating is provided by electric night storage heaters or convectors in every room to ensure comfortable self-catering accommodation all year.

Leat Cottage has a spacious Victorian-style conservatory, and Heron Cottage and Well Cottage each has a conservatory and a woodburning stove in the sitting room. The kitchens have hand-made pine fitted cupboards and are well-equipped, having a built-in electric fan oven and hob, fridge/freezer and microwave oven. Apart from Lower Mill, each cottage has a dishwasher. 


The bathrooms have a bath with instantaneous shower, basin, W.C., shaver point, heated towel rail and airing cupboard. The bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, bedside lighting and good quality beds with feather pillows, mattress and pillow protectors, duvets and spare blankets. 

Bed linen is included in the rental (excluding cot linen).
